Vivian Return Policy

Returns are subject to a 5% handling fee, in addition to any restocking fees imposed by the distributor or manufacturer and any applicable return shipping charges.

Original credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. These fees are retained by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not returned to Vivian Contracting LLC when a refund is issued.

All returns must be authorized in advance and are subject to the applicable distributor or manufacturer return requirements. Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted.
